Cancel Guides:
Most guests plan and book their vacation well in advance; therefore, we are often not able to rebook if you must cancel. We will always refund your deposit if we re-rent your time, (less an $80 cancel fee). If we cannot re-rent, and less than 90 days notice is given, rent is non-refundable. We will cooperate; we want you to come another time!
Use Guides:
These are our own private homes & we ask that you leave them in the same clean condition as they are offered to you. A $250 cleaning and breakage deposit is required with the balance of your rent, 90 days prior to occupancy.Cleaning deposit is fully refunded if you leave the home in the same clean condition as when you moved in, including cleaned linens and remade beds. You may choose not to clean -- if so, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to hire a maid service at $28/hour and deduct it from your deposit.Well-behaved pets are welcome with an extra $50 fee per pet (max of 2) with $100 extra security deposit.
